30 day window. Counted from the day your order is delivered. If your return is postmarked within those 30 days, it counts as on time.
The bottle must remain sealed The original wrap must be intact. If the cap has been removed or the atomizer has been used, the bottle is no longer eligible for return.
Vial is yours to keep. The sample vial is a gift with your order. You never need to send it back.
Return shipping is on us. Contact our support team and we will send you a prepaid return label. Drop off the parcel—there is nothing for you to pay.
Refund to original card. Once your sealed bottle arrives back at our facility, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment card.
