At Okaasha, every fragrance is designed to be experienced with confidence. We understand that selecting a scent online is personal—this is why every order is backed by our Risk Free Purchase promise.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws in Ontario, Canada.
1. Try First, Then Decide - Our Risk Free Purchase Promise
We’ve removed the uncertainty of buying fragrance online.
Every order includes:
• One (1) full-size fragrance bottle
• One (1) complimentary sample of the same scent (first-time purchase only)
We encourage you to try the sample first. If it’s not the right fit, you can return the full-size bottle (completely unsealed and unopened).
Eligible Returns
We accept returns when:
• The full-size bottle is unopened, unused, and sealed.
• A return request is submitted via email at support@okaasha.com within 30 days of delivery with the Subject Line: Return
• The return is approved in accordance with this policy.
Refund Details
Return shipping is on us.
Once your return is approved, we email you a prepaid return label. Sending the
bottle back costs you nothing.
Any adjustment to your refund is stated in writing before the return is
processed—no surprises.
2. Damaged or Defective Items - Fully Covered
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right—quickly and seamlessly. This is part of your Risk Free Purchase experience.
What to Do
• Contact us via email at support@okaasha.com within 3 days of delivery with the Subject Line: Damaged
• Share clear photo(s) and video(s) as a proof of showing online order
receipt and original box packaging
What We’ll Do
Once verified, we will:
• Send a replacement, or
• Issue a full refund if replacement isn’t available.

3. Exclusive Offers and Complimentary Shipping
From time to time, we offer exclusive privileges such as complimentary shipping on qualifying orders or buy two perfumes and avail complimentary shipping.
These offers are designed to enhance your Risk Free Purchase experience and
apply when the full order is retained.
If Part of the Order is Returned
Return shipping stays prepaid by us on partial returns.
If a complimentary shipping offer applied to the original order and is no longer met once part of the order is returned, the original shipping charge may be deducted from the refund.
All adjustments are transparently reflected in your final refund.
General Return Guidelines
To ensure product integrity, all returns must:
• Be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
• Include all original packaging with seals intact.
• Be approved before being sent back.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
