We’ve removed the uncertainty of buying fragrance online.
Every order includes:
• One (1) full-size fragrance bottle
• One (1) complimentary sample of the same scent (first-time purchase only)
We encourage you to try the sample first. If it’s not the right fit, you can
return the full-size bottle (completely unsealed and unopened).
Eligible Returns
We accept returns when:
• The full-size bottle is unopened, unused, and sealed
• A return request is submitted via email at okashashop@gmail.com within 3
days of delivery with the Subject Line: Return
• The return is approved in accordance with this policy
Refund Details

• Shipping charges may be partially retained (if applicable)

2. Damaged or Defective Items — Fully Covered

• Share clear photo(s) and video(s) as a proof of showing online order
receipt and original box packaging

If Part of the Order is Returned
